Delete Your Account

If you created a One Bell account and want it deleted along with your data, here's exactly how.

How to request deletion

Send an email requesting account deletion, using the same email address associated with your One Bell account, via onebellapp.com/l.html
Include the word "delete" and your account email in the message so it's easy to find
Your account and its data will be deleted within 7 days, and you'll get a confirmation once it's done

What gets deleted

Your email address and account credentials
Your full workout history
All exercise weight logs you've recorded
All reps, seconds, AMRAP rounds, and left/right side logs you've recorded
Your saved active workout plan and settings

All of this data is permanently removed from One Bell's database (hosted on Supabase). None of it is retained beyond the deletion request being processed — there is no extended retention period.

What isn't affected

Deleting your One Bell account doesn't affect any other Google or Google Play account information — that's managed separately by Google, not by One Bell.

Using the app without an account

You can continue using One Bell without an account at all — every core feature works fully signed out, with your data staying only on your own device.
